SW Landraider PRIDE

"They shall fall before Pride!"

This is my Dark Angel's chapter's Landraider, belonging to the Silverwing Chapter of the Dark Angels. Just like with the troopers, the left arm (or in this case, Hurricane Bolter) was painted white. It has a yellow 1 over the army emblem (like how I did a red 1 over the shoulder emblem on the bikers before) as a yellow number represents my Deathwing. The landraider will be used almost exclusively to transport my Deathwing (terminators) around the field, providing cover for the terminators as well as much needed anti-infantry fire on the field.

I really enjoyed painting this model. The landraider itself was a blast to paint, however, I discovered that I really don't like painting up shoulder pads. I just don't. Don't know why.

Also, for anyone asking why only the left arm/guns are white, not even I know. It's a secret of the chapter, like how every Dark Angel's chapter has it's secret. Maybe they will let the painter in on it eventually. But when I was painting, they were VERY insistent on having their left arms only being white. As much as it bugs me to paint them different...
